Our Story
Built around exclusion, not around repeat visits.
The founder of this company spent years in pest control before operating independently. The pattern kept repeating: bait stations went in, the population dropped, entry points stayed open, and new rodents moved in within weeks. Customers kept calling back with the same problem.
The fix is mechanical exclusion. Close every gap the rodents use to enter the building, clear what is already inside, and confirm the seals are holding. When that is done properly, the problem is resolved. Any service program worth having is built on that foundation.
We built this company around the exclusion-first approach and have operated in King County since founding. We know the specific housing characteristics of Ballard's bungalows, Queen Anne's older craftsman homes, West Seattle's hillside properties, and the pier-and-beam construction common across the pre-1960 housing stock throughout the region.
How We Operate
We work exclusively in King County. No franchise territory, no traveling crews. Every technician who arrives at your property has worked this region and knows Seattle-area housing inside and out.
Every job is scoped, quoted, and approved before work starts. Property managers and commercial clients can request re-inspection visits at any frequency that fits their needs.
Service Hours
Mon-Sun, 7AM to 8PM
Same-day service available for most King County locations when you call before noon.

Exclusion is the part that most bait programs skip.
Many pest control programs focus on bait and population management. They reduce the number of rodents inside the structure. They do not close the entry points that let the next generation in. The population recovers and the cycle continues.
Our approach starts with sealing the building. Every identified gap is closed before any trapping begins. When the building is properly sealed and the existing population cleared, the problem is resolved. That is the standard we hold every job to.
Transparent pricing
Full quote after inspection. Full scope approved before the job starts. No billing surprises.
Exclusion-first
We seal before we trap. Without exclusion, the population recovers. This is the only approach that produces permanent results.
Species-appropriate
We identify the rodent before choosing a strategy. Norway rats, roof rats, house mice, and deer mice each require a different approach.
Honest scope
We tell you what we find, including what is outside our scope. We do not sell services you do not need.
Documented work
Every entry point is photographed. You get a written record of what was sealed and where.
Service Area
All of Seattle. All of King County.
We run calls seven days a week across all Seattle neighborhoods and King County suburbs including Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Shoreline, Edmonds, Burien, Tukwila, SeaTac, and Mercer Island. Same-day slots are available most days for calls received before noon.
We do not take work outside King County, because we would rather turn down a job than send someone who cannot get there in time to be useful. If you are just outside our coverage area, call and ask. If we cannot help, we will say so directly and suggest who can.
